The Van Der Meer Shipyard tennis Resort on Hilton Head Island,
SC offers beautifully landscaped grounds and a back drop of
magnificent live oak trees. VDM Shipyard has been named numerous
times as Tennis Magazines "Top 50 Tennis Resort".
The tennis club offers both hard and clay courts. In case of
inclement weather we have the only indoor tennis facility on
Hilton Head Island. Van Der Meer Shipyard Tennis Resort is adjacent
to the Crowne Plaza Resort and is located a drop shot from the
Hilton Head beach!
The Van Der Meer Tennis Center is home to the international
"World Class Tennis Academy". Hard courts are available
with the option of playing under the covered courts. Enjoy a
hit, sign up for a clinic or take a minute to watch some of
our rising young stars.
