The Senior Clinic has added a NEW component to an already wonderful program - a fitness component! Boomer Tennis and Beyond! incorporates upper and lower body workouts to help in the maintenance of a healthy and youthful body. It's great material you can take home with you. Cardio Tennis at VDM!
Van Der Meer Tennis is happy to announce that we are offering Cardio Tennis at our Shipyard Racquet Club location. This program will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 8—9am for $15 per session.
