A 50% deposit is required at the time of registration to guarantee your spot. Your balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your clinic’s start date. If you choose the “Auto Bill” option, our sales staff will automatically charge the remaining balance 30 days prior to the start date. Otherwise, please contact us at 1.800.845.6138, option 1 and our sales staff will happily assist you.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received more than 4 weeks in advance will receive a refund less a 10% service charge based on the total fees due. Alternatively, the full amount paid may be credited toward a future reservation. This credit will be kept on-file for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
  • Cancellations received less than 4 weeks in advance, but at least 7 days before your scheduled clinic will receive a refund less a 20% service charge based on the total fees due. Alternatively, the full amount paid may be credited toward a future reservation. This credit will be kept on-file for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
  • Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to your scheduled clinic will result in forfeiture of all fees.
  • Cancellations due to medical reasons will be handled on an individual basis.
  • Cancellation Insurance may be purchased at time of registration, which allows for a full refund for any reason up to the start of the clinic. The cost of this insurance is 10% of the total cost of each clinic.
